Hubnet has established a specialized biopharmaceutical warehouse and office, the "THERMAL™ Distribution Center," located in Heiwajima, Ota-ku, Tokyo.
This facility is close to central Tokyo and Haneda Airport, capturing the major consumption areas of Tokyo and Yokohama within a 15- to 30-minute drive, enabling frequent and urgent deliveries.
The warehouse is GDP-compliant and equipped with a dedicated large-scale generator for BCP (Business Continuity Planning) measures, providing high-quality services. It also offers storage with strict temperature control for pharmaceuticals requiring careful handling.
Additionally, the facility is located in an area classified as the lowest risk level (Rank 1) on Tokyo's hazard map (published by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government) and is designated as an evacuation site for the Heiwajima area.
