We are pleased to share that the logistics services of THERMAL™, our biopharmaceutical logistics division, have been featured in Yakujinippo, a leading trade publication in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
In the interview, we discussed our international transportation services—primarily for reagents and clinical trial drugs—as well as our storage and handling systems, including temperature-controlled management. In the biopharmaceutical field, it is essential not only to minimize the risk of temperature excursions, but also to ensure accuracy in lead times, robust documentation, and seamless coordination among all stakeholders. At THERMAL™, we continue to strengthen our operational design and quality management framework to meet these requirements, and we are honored that these efforts were highlighted in the article.
In addition, international transportation requires more than simply “moving” goods. It is critical to design the entire process end-to-end—from pre-shipment planning to customs clearance, in-transit monitoring, and final delivery. To avoid any impact on clinical trial timelines or research plans, backup planning based on unexpected events and fast, reliable information-sharing with stakeholders are indispensable. During the interview, we also touched on these on-the-ground perspectives and the principles we prioritize in our day-to-day operations.
THERMAL™ will continue to serve as a trusted partner supporting supply chains in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical sectors, and we remain committed to continuously improving quality, reliability, and speed.
